Every product in the Stüvas’s cosy Swiss-pine rooms has its own story to tell. Over 95% of the ingredients come from producers from the Engadine, Grisons, Switzerland or nearby Valtellina. Some of the crops are bottled and picked using traditional methods, allowing foodies to look forward to local fruit and vegetables during the winter too.
