Do you love the mountains and want to help us write the "Alpine Food Stories" of tomorrow? For the winter season (December 2025 - beginning of April 2026), we are looking to complete our Squadra Rosatsch with an experienced bar staff member who is knowledgeable about bar drinks and cigars. Do you love variety? To support the team, work assignments may also be in Uondas, Heimatli, or Hühnerei.
In this versatile position, you are responsible for managing the bar, including cash handling, and ensuring professional and attentive guest care at all times. You actively contribute to the development and design of the bar offerings, bringing creativity and innovation to the beverage selection. In addition, you carry out mise en place work for the respective restaurants to guarantee smooth daily operations. Preparing the daily accounts and maintaining accurate cash records are also part of your responsibilities. When required, you support the service team in the restaurants Uondas, Heimatli, or Hühnerei. General cleaning duties at the bar and in the restaurant complete your diverse range of tasks.
