FRANK SCHUSTER – OUR NEW CHEF DE CUISINE
Welcome Frank Schuster, our new chef de cuisine.
After about 12 years at the Hotel Chesa Rosatsch, our long-time head chef Jan Gassen has left the Engadin for the Unterland. We would like to thank Jan for his tireless commitment to our hotel over all these years and wish him all the best for the future.
We are very pleased to introduce Frank Schuster as his successor. After several years as head chef at the el paradiso Hospitalitygroup AG, where he was responsible for the kitchen at el paradiso, Lej da Staz and La Rösa, the German-born chef will join the Squadra Rosatsch from 1 June 2021 and lead our kitchen team. We are convinced that we will be able to continue our food expertise at a high level with the signing of Frank Schuster and are pleased to have gained a team member who shares and passes on our passion for innovative gastronomy and warm hospitality.
