Patrick loves to be creative with his team and to pass on the joy for the different products of Chesa Rosatsch to our guests. He is particularly fond of the small producers in the Upper Engadine. As a Food Coach & Co-Leader of the kitchen, raw products are Patrick's top priority. In addition, he is responsible for the menus as well as the new dishes that are served in all three restaurants.
