Michael has been working at Rosatsch since 2008, today he runs the hotel on behalf of the owner. Michael appreciates the trust of the owners, the long-term cooperation and the sense of quality at Rosatsch. Besides work, his heart beats for ice hockey, golf, the mountains and good wines. His current favorite wine on the Rosatsch wine list is the Pinot Noir Bothmarhalde from Rafi Hug from the Wegelin winery. As an insider tip in the Upper Engadine, he recommends ice skating on the Champfèrer Lake at Silvaplana in a snow-poor January.
