The subject of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) is the provision of hotel rooms, restaurant or event rooms as well as the provision of all agreed services by the Hotel Chesa Rosatsch directly or by external partners used by it.
The hotel is entitled to request a reasonable advance payment or credit card guarantee from the customer at the conclusion of the contract. The amount of the advance payment and the payment dates can be agreed in the contract in text form. The hotel can also issue interim invoices that are due for payment immediately.
If a booking cannot be kept, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Please note that our cancellation conditions also apply in the event of a cancellation of your trip due to illness (including Covid illness, quarantine, etc.).
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance in any case.
The status of the reported number of people three days before the event is binding and will be invoiced. The grace period is 5%.

From 12 AM we charge a night surcharge of flat rate CHF 350 per started hour (contribution to expenses).
The Hotel Chesa Rosatsch reserves the right to a down payment of 50% of the agreed services or another individually agreed down payment. For reservations with billing address outside Switzerland or reservations from abroad, a down payment of 100% of the reserved service is required.
