The Program

Experience the scent, aroma and spice of the Engadin: In our alpine steakhouse Uondas you can taste from the house-aged Engadine Madürà meat to hearty goat cheese from Maloja to the Misoxer Lostallo salmon, the culinary gems of the region. A large selection of beers and - as rumored - the best Pizokels in the whole Engadin are on the menu at the Heimatli restaurant. Enjoy delicacies from the chicken - whether crispy fried chicken or tender Mistkratzerli - in the Hühnerei. The all-inclusive package of the Gourmet Week has a joy for every palate.
