For the winter season (December 2025 to April 2026), we are looking to complete our Squadra Rosatsch with an experienced kitchen intern at Restaurant Uondas.
After careful introduction and training, you will independently manage the breakfast service, including all MEP tasks. Additionally, you will assist with preparations for the evening service and support our team during lunch and dinner services. Depending on the need, you may also take on the preparation of staff meals and help with various other tasks in the kitchen.
Work in a motivated and young team that values a family spirit and loves the beauty of the mountains. Our goal is to offer our guests culinary experiences at the highest level. During your kitchen internship, you will have the opportunity to gain exciting insights into the workings of a professional kitchen and expand your knowledge in various areas. We offer you training opportunities and internal courses – for example, in product training, merchandise knowledge, and culinary tastings. A versatile role awaits you, where you can develop your skills daily, and you will benefit from flexible work schedules and numerous perks.
