Do you love the mountains and want to help us write the "Alpine Food Stories" of tomorrow? Do you want to independently manage two of our three restaurants and delight our guests with your host personality? Then join our Squadra Rosatsch as a Host/Hostess Heimatli & Hühnerei starting from 01.12.2025 or by agreement. After the end of the season, there is the possibility of a permanent position.
As a host or hostess, you will take on the main responsibility in our two restaurant concepts, Heimatli and Hühnerei. With your commitment, you shape the atmosphere and ensure a warm and professional service. You actively participate in the design of the food & beverage offerings and contribute your ideas to both concepts.
You will manage your own service station including cash handling, advise guests with suitable wine recommendations, and guide them through the culinary experience with your expertise. Additionally, you ensure the mise en place work for Heimatli and Hühnerei and support the onboarding and training of new employees. Another part of your responsibility lies in ordering and inventory management in the beverage sector.
Furthermore, you play an important role in coordinating and leading the teams of both restaurants and ensure that the philosophy of Heimatli and Hühnerei is authentically lived and implemented.
