Are you excited to independently manage one of our three restaurants and charm our guests with your hosting personality? Then complete our Squadra Rosatsch as a host/hostess at Hühnerei starting 01.12.2025 or by arrangement. After the season, there is a possibility of a year-round employment.
As a host or hostess, you will take on the primary responsibility at the Restaurant Hühnerei. You will participate in designing the food & beverage offerings and manage your own service station, including cash collection. Furthermore, you will advise guests with suitable wine recommendations and take care of the mise en place work for the respective restaurants. Additionally, you will assist in training new staff and share responsibility for ordering and inventory in the beverage area.
