Do you love the mountains and want to write the "Alpine Food Stories" of tomorrow with us? Then complete our Squadra Rosatsch as a host/hostess Uondas from 01.12.2025 or by agreement for a year-round position.
As a host or hostess, you take on the main responsibility at Restaurant Uondas. You greet and welcome the restaurant guests, assign them tables, and manage your own service station including cash handling. Additionally, you advise guests on wine selection and provide suitable recommendations. Your tasks also include the mise en place work for the respective restaurants and assisting in the training of new employees. You are also responsible for the scheduling of Uondas staff. Furthermore, you contribute to the design of the food & beverage offerings and share responsibility for ordering and inventory in the beverage area.
