For the winter season (starting at the end of November), we are looking to complete our Squadra Rosatsch with an experienced reception intern at Hotel Chesa Rosatsch.
Your tasks include check-in and check-out as well as active and personal guest care and consultation. You are also responsible for taking reservations for the hotel and restaurants and creating offers and proposals. Other duties include room allocation, arrival and departure control, and cash management. Preparing and handling group arrivals and departures is also part of your responsibilities, along with various administrative tasks.
As a reception intern, you actively support the team in daily guest interactions and gain exciting insights into all front office operations. You greet and care for our guests with warmth and professionalism, handle reservations, and assist with administrative tasks. Additionally, you will learn professional handling of various guest needs and back-office organization. During your internship, you benefit from internal training, such as wine tastings and food knowledge, as well as external further training opportunities. You can expect a diverse role in a young and motivated team that values a family spirit and the opportunity to continuously develop your skills in a professional environment.
You delight our guests with charm and genuine hospitality, are a team player, and communicate fluently in German, English, and ideally Italian.
