With our home-aged Engadine madürà meat from Hatecke, goat cheese from Vreni Cadurisch in Maloja or Misox Lostallo salmon, we source our products from micro-producers in the Alpine region. The Uondas offer is rounded off with our Flammkuchen from the wood-fired oven or the Signature Burger. Our Vanilla Soft Ice Cream, made to our own secret recipe, will also delight young and old alike.
