F&B Operations Manager

Andrea Russi has been working as F&B Operations Manager at Hotel Rosatsch since May 2024. He particularly appreciates the hotel's unique wine list, which is characterized by its focus on cool climate wines and a selection of rather unknown wine regions and winemakers.

Andrea enjoys spending his free time with wine & American football and, more recently, fishing. His favorite wine varies depending on the situation, season, weather, occasion and food. From the Hotel Rosatsch wine list, he likes the Lamarein from Erbhof Unterganzner best - a Lagrein that is vinified like an Amarone and offers pure power.

His favorite tip for the Engadin is a trip to Zuoz to marvel at the beautiful village center with its typical Engadin houses.
