Andrea Russi has been working as the F&B Operations Manager at Hotel Rosatsch since May 2024. He particularly appreciates the hotel's unique wine list, which is distinguished by its focus on Cool Climate wines and a selection of lesser-known wine regions and vintners.
In his free time, Andrea enjoys wine & American Football, and recently, fishing as well. His favorite wine varies depending on the situation, season, weather, occasion, and accompanying food. From the Hotel Rosatsch's wine list, he prefers the Lamarein from Erbhof Unterganzner the most – a Lagrein that is vinified like an Amarone and offers pure power.
His favorite tip for the Engadin is a trip to Zuoz to admire the beautiful village center with its typical Engadine houses.
