Since April 2025, Bastian Ritzberger has been part of the Chesa Rosatsch team, supporting the management as Executive Assistant. As the right hand of the management, he oversees administrative responsibilities, lends a hand in day-to-day operations, and represents the management in selected matters whenever they are away from the hotel.
What Bastian appreciates most about Chesa Rosatsch is its combination of innovative thinking and the trust placed in young talent by giving them real responsibility—an environment where he feels valued and can continue to grow.
His journey into hospitality began with an apprenticeship as a confectioner, complemented by a vocational baccalaureate. He then continued his education at the EHL campuses in Passugg and Lausanne, graduating as a qualified hotelier and earning a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management. Along the way, he gained valuable practical experience in Davos and at the Bürgenstock Resort.
Outside of work, Bastian is a passionate ice hockey fan and enjoys spending his summers on the golf course. His favourite wine comes from the Bündner Herrschaft region—particularly wines from Adank—which reminds him of his student years.
His personal insider tip in the Upper Engadine is the Golfseeli between Samedan and Celerina, best enjoyed on a warm summer evening with friends.
