Autumn brings the game season – and at Chesa Rosatsch in Celerina, we are offering new, seasonal game dishes!
Start with our delicious pumpkin cream soup with hazelnut crunch or a salad with pumpkin and chanterelles. As a highlight, we recommend the venison rillette with brioche.
For the main courses, we have classics like venison schnitzel or tender venison entrecôte, served with pizokel, red cabbage, chestnuts, and red wine pear. Vegetarians will also enjoy our veggie game plate.
For dessert, there is vanilla soft ice with vermicelles and meringues or with a shot of Röteli.
